The Supply of Goods and Services

As a motor trader, if the goods and services you provide are not in accordance to these standards, the customer is entitled to a full or partial refund, replacement, repair or to take legal action against you.

Like the Sale of Goods Acts, this law also imposes strict liability on any materials used e.g. if a mechanic fits a faulty component, it's irrelevant whether he knew it wasn't right.
