MILS Motor lawyers have secured a successful settlement for one of the UK's first and leading second-hand car supermarkets. A customer had sued a finance company alleging the vehicle was of unsatisfactory quality and unfit for purpose as he could not select gears and the vehicle had broken down, but he had evidential difficulties as its key witnesses had left the company.
