MILS acted for a Motor Retailer client in a High Court case involving a new Lamborghini.
The allegation by the Claimant was that the Lamborghini was not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. In particular it was stated that there was water ingress at various points into the vehicle. The Claimant sought damages or alternatively rejection of the vehicle. Given the fact the Lamborghini was new at the point of sale the sums involved were substantial. MILS successfully negotiated a good settlement for the client and estimates the client received at least £8,000 by being a MILS member. For more information see successful cases |
