A part-time worker has the right not to be treated less favourably than a comparable full-time worker and is entitled to receive a proportion of the pay or any other benefits that the full time worker receives, pro-rata - calculated in accordance with the number of weekly hours that the part-time worker works, in comparison to the full-time worker.
