MILS Legal Bulletin

This bulletin will provide readers with a summary of recent cases conducted by the RMIF’s lawyers, Motor Industry Legal Services (MILS), on behalf of motor dealers across the country. Cases will be chosen in two main areas; employment and commercial, designed to illustrate the importance of following correct legal procedure, as well as providing an insight into the workings of Employment Tribunals and County Courts.
