Tribunal rates and limits of compensation increase as of Feb 1st

Tribunal rates and limits of compensation have increased, with effect from today.

The main changes are summarised below:

Limit on a week's pay - £350
Unfair dismissal compensatory award - £66,200*
Unfair dismissal basic award - £10,500
Statutory redundancy payment - £10,500
Limit on daily guarantee payment - £21.50
