Members Post Board

This section is designed to highlight current matters deemed to be of particular interest to dealers.

The bulletins cover areas of a relatively broad nature, and do not therefore refer to specific cases. Rather, the section should be seen as a “Post Board” for members, wherein MILS lawyers are able to discuss more general issues of industry legislation and practice as well as matters/trends arising from their day to day contact with members.
