The archive is designed to provide users with links to cases conducted by the RMIF’s lawyers, Motor Industry Legal Services (MILS), on behalf of motor dealers across the country. Cases will be chosen in two main areas; employment and commercial, designed to illustrate the importance of following correct legal procedure, as well as providing an insight into the workings of Employment Tribunals and County Courts.

Claims made for unfair dismissal and age discrimination were dismissed in their entirety at an Employment Tribunal on the 18 and 19 May 2010 - saving our client £10,000 to £12,500.
