MILS wins substantial court case for Landrover Dealer |
MILS has successfully defended a claim involving an alleged
defective Landover Freelander, securing a large costs payment for our
Client (a franchised Landrover dealer). The customer claimed that the
vehicle he had purchased from our Client was of unsatisfactory quality
and unfit for purpose and that the Freelander was not a capable
off-road vehicle. He was also suing Landover, but after 3 days of legal
argument before a High Court Judge his claims were dismissed in their
entirety against our Client and Landrover.
