Misrepresentation of a finance agreement

MILS helped a member resolve a long standing piece of litigation relating to misrepresentation of a finance agreement. The customer alleged that the salesman had misrepresented the finance agreement to her in relation to the monthly repayments amongst other issues. The member refuted all these claims, but managed to come to a commercial settlement with the help of MILS one day before trial!
