Misrepresentation case thrown out of court |
A MILS client has been awarded £7,303.45 after a customer alleged
that our client, a Nissan Dealership, had misrepresented the specification of a
vehicle sold to him. Our client totally refuted these claims and relied
on the written order form signed by the customer. The case proceeded to
a County Court full hearing where the claim was dismissed and a Judge
found for our Client awarding them costs.
