Unsatisfactory quality/ unfit for purpose claim defended |
The Claimant’s claim was for approximately £25,000 for a vehicle they alleged was of unsatisfactory quality/ unfit for purpose. The Client defended the Claim on the basis that as the vehicle was on finance the Claimant’s contract was at all times with the Finance company. Further, the Client refuted the vehicle was of unsatisfactory quality and unfit for purpose. The case proceeded to a mediation where MILS helped the Client achieve a settlement by bringing in the Manufacturer to the negotiation process.
