Summer 2024

In this update, with the election taking place this week, we have a quick look at the various parties’ manifestos and how they intend to change employment law (or not, as the case may be).

We then turn our attention to case law and three interesting case law developments in recent months.  One on settlement agreements, another looking at redundancy pooling and a final case looking at the definition of disability under the Equality Act 2010.
