As MILS members find themselves in the midst of the Christmas party season, this is a good time to remind members of the stricter laws on sexual harassment which came into force this October. We have now also created an “Anti-Sexual Harassment Toolkit” (a document pack) which is available through the MILS website with your MILS login. We hope this will assist those of you coming to terms with the new obligations on employers.
