Winter 2020

For the first time in a year or so (at least) and with Brexit seemingly settled, we can finally report that legislative gridlock will soon be easing, which in turn is likely to mean further statutory developments in employment law.

As it is the start of 2020 in this update we look at some developments (most definite, one probable) in the coming year that will be relevant to employers. We then turn our attention to a couple of interesting case law updates.
