With the Parliamentary recess over the Summer, statutory developments over the last few months have been quiet.  We therefore look in this Autumn update at four recent case law decisions of interest to Motor Industry employers:

• The ‘Just and Equitable’ extension in discrimination claims;
• Delaying the termination date and unfair dismissal;
• A Tribunal’s assessment of witnesses and the ‘Equal Treatment Bench Book’;
• The duty to make enquiries of a disabled job applicant.
