A Legal Package Designed Specifically for the Motor Trade

Our legal 'package' is designed to encompass motor trade clients’ commercial legal requirements across the year in all motor law, employment and related disputes.

Clients are covered in all areas of employment law and commercial related disputes (i.e. all areas of sale of goods and services, disputes involving consumer credit and leasing and disputes involving dealer agreements and manufacturers’ liability). Clients usage is not 'capped' either in contentious or non contentious areas.

Your Motor Industry Legal Requirements Within One Fixed Annual Fee

The MILS package covers all clients' commercial and employment law requirements for 12 months within a one off annual fee. This package enables clients to deal with any customer disputes (either as claimant  or defendant) involving the sale of vehicles, as well as any other non contentious commercial or corporate matters that may arise throughout the year.

We are able to provide clients with services outside the annual package, such as representation in property related matters, intellectual property and mergers and acquisitions. Rates for such services are subsidised through the annual fee and are significantly lower than usual hourly lawyers’ fees.
